Fengshui is an ancient Chinese practice believed to utilize the Laws of both heaven (astronomy) and earth (geography) to help one improve life by receiving positive Qi. It has been used by many people around to choose and position a house so that to achieve balance and harmony in life.
Fengshui has not vigorously proved scientifically, but many scientists, researchers and enthuastists are studying it around the world. Fengshui itself is a very hard to learn science. Even for me, as a Chinese, who has been a student for over 20 years and good at reading and research, I found it is hard to understand and takes much longer time to grasp even half the essence of Fengshui.
Being an economist, I used to think of it as some thing superstious and is just for fun. I am an economist by training and I only trust something fully hearted if it can be approved by some number. However, the more I read about people's Fengshui stories, the more I gain confidence about this ancient practice. So I begin to read some books about Fengshui and try apply some of the theories to the real world around me. Surprisingly, they match quite well and sometime astoundingly.
So that is one reason I try to enter into the real estate industry to help people.

Fengshui will match you to a house that suits you. A house itself is not a determining factor if it is good house or bad house in terms of Fengshui. It should be matched to the people who will be living there.
