It is about time, for the Real Estate industry, to change.
We enter the Real Estate industry to change the Real Estate industry.
Once upon a time, Real estate is a monopoly industry. Realtors control the MLS system. Real Estate services could be as easy as input your information to the MLS system or search for properties within the MLS system. To better protect the industry, Realtors have invented various ways to protect the closed system. You need a password to get on MLS system. Realtors would persuade clients to sign an exclusive representation contract that is not easy to break.

"Insiders" understand those tricks and those closely related to "insiders" have been taking advantage of the close system to make quick money. Many of them are not qualified to serve the general public.
Thus, we all know the Real Estate industry, just like the car sales industry, does not have a good reputation in general.
We believe monopoly is not good to any industry. We believe a closed system is not good to the general public.
Not any more.
We are here to challenge the grand old Real Estate Industry. We think:
Real estate should be transparent;
Realtors should brace the most recent technology to better serve their clients;
Realtors should work as a team rather than individually. Nobody can be good at everything and nobody can claim 24/7 available if she/he is working alone;
Realtors should be able to use the most recent marketing to best expose a property/listing in the market;
Realtors should constantly learn something to adapt to the changing market and changing demand;
Realtors should be creative;
Realtors should be answering phones rather than relying voice mails or use caller ID to screen phone calls.
